In the past, a website ending .IE signified the site was Irish, but sadly not any more. As Brexit was becoming a reality, a large number of UK based companies were able to secured .IE domains, leading many Irish shoppers to believe they were dealing with an Irish business when this was not the case.
Brexit has caused longer delivery times, and in some cases additional VAT and import Tariff’s.
